Limit the number of answers to multiple choice questions in your forms

When using HeyForm to create event or conference registration forms, it is very useful to be able to restrict access to, for example, seminar seats or mingling areas.

You can easily do this by limiting the number of available seats on the response options you create for radio buttons and checkboxes in your invitation.

When the function is used, the remaining seats are always displayed together with the answer options in your public form.

Limiting the availability of a multiple choice question is easy.
Click on the question in the form builder and activate “Restrict availability”.

Enter the total number of copies of each option available. If you enter 0, the option will be closed directly in the form. If you leave the field blank, there is no limit on the number of copies for that option.

That’s it!

Good luck with your next activity through HeyForm.
